She also spends time getting to know your dog and what you want to achieve with them and will then do the groom in a very patient, empathetic and calm way, rewarding the dogs as she goes! Meet & Greet Consultation

Each new pet to us will start with this initial consultation. In this session I'll advise on general coat care, discuss the treatments you’re interested in. This is also an essential opportunity for your dog to get to know the salon and myself and to understand any of your pet’s individual requirements. Finally you will also fill out registration documents in readiness for your first appointment.
